You can trust that your order will be that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and your shipment’s destination.
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item, you will be given the option to exchange for another item purchased through this site. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your goods. Exchanged items must reach Atelier within 14 days of the receipt of the items. Please ensure that all items are returned to us in their original conditions. When trying to clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
2. To return an item requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please call our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) at 188-899-Atelier (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Place the Return Authorization Label, provided by Atelier, on the outside of the box. Please note that returning items will be at your own expense. If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, Atelier will be happy to supply you with a UPS Return Label. In this case, you would also affix the UPS Return Label on the outside of the box.
4. Send your package to Atelier using a traceable shipping method such as insured US Mail, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
5. Please allow2-3 business days, from the moment we receive your package, for returns to be processed.
6. Atelier will then issue you a Coupon Code in the amount of your exchange to be applied at checkout during your future purchase.
